Yeah, me and my training buddies used to cycle band tensions on ME Bench days. We used 3 different tensions and then a stright weight. It worked really well and we were only talking about doing it...

The main point of bands & chains is to build up the explosive power needed to outrun them. They do of course hit the triceps and the stabilisers a lot harder than free weight.- Martin

I wish chains were allowed at my gym and they had them....it looks fun!!!!GRR....oh well....I'll just use my stoopid regular weights and medicine balls........
